We’d love to see your smiling face! Our waiting room is now open and you can certainly come in to check-in your vehicle with your service advisor. This process takes about 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, please use our check-in through our 24-hour drop box! This drop box is available to you anytime to make it easy and convenient for you to leave your vehicle with us. It is located beside our front door and has envelopes for you to leave your notes and what your issue is and leave your keys. We will take care of your car the next morning.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cutting-edge digital tools, and our ASE Master Certified technicians perform a comprehensive inspection using a tablet-based system.
During this complimentary inspection, our technicians conduct a road test and meticulously check every aspect of your vehicle, from functioning items and components under the hood to those beneath the vehicle. With our digital approach, you receive a detailed report highlighting observed issues, necessary repairs, and recommended maintenance. You’re in the driver’s seat – literally and figuratively – as you can approve or deny repairs before anything is done.
Worried about keeping track of your vehicle’s history? Don’t be! You’ll receive an electronic copy of the inspection report for your records. Plus, with our AutoVitals Digital Inspection Page, you can log in anytime to track the progress of your vehicle.
Once the digital vehicle inspection is complete, our service advisor compiles the report, emailing or texting the detailed results to you. After your approval, our technicians, informed through tablets, efficiently complete each task, ensuring good communication about the progress and any necessary extensions. Automated text messages and emails keep you informed of upcoming work, putting you in control of communication.
